This project was a $1.2 million dollar phase I road reconstruction project which consisted of asphalt milling, grading, granular fill, culvert installation and new hot mix asphalt overlay. The project was completed on time and under budget and the US Fish and Wildlife agency has just contracted with our firm for phase II of this work. Phase II is similar in scope but is twice as large, consists of multiple culverts and includes a section of road which will be raised over 2' in final design elevation.
