This project was the design and construction of a new 11,000 sq. ft. office building and all interior finishes. The final contract amount was just over 1.8 million dollars and included the demolition of an existing parking area, associated grading, footings and foundations, wood frame construction, all electrical and mechanical systems, poured concrete tornado shelter and a separate emergency generator building. Our relationship with the Bureau on this project lead to their request that we stay on site and complete phase II of this work which was the demolition of the old office building and construction of new parking lot.
